Q: Could you tell me a little bit about yourself?
A: My name is Janika Merquita; I was born and raised in Davao City, Philippines with Chinese/Filipino ancestry. When I was young, I would spend a lot of time with my grandmother and attend ballet class with my cousin and sister. I am always full of hope, excitement, and willingness to help everyone. I also worked while studying and am ready to step up, explore, and be successful within my field.
Q: What brought you to IPitimi?
A: A colleague of mine introduced me to this company, and I decided to apply for a position.

A: I am a support agent
Q: What is IPitimi’s greatest strength in your opinion?
A: IPitimi’s greatest strength is the highly passionate people who work here.
Q: Where do you see VOIP/IPitimi going in the next 5-10 years?
A: IPitimi is going to expand worldwide.
Q: Favorite work experience?
A: Helping clients identify and solve their issues and social gathering/teambuilding events are my favorite work experiences.

A: The top things on my bucket list are to buy a house, to see the world, to be financially independent, to kiss a sea lion, to ride in a hot air balloon, and to help charities.

A: Unlimited drinking supply, a survival kit, and a bow and arrow
Q: Do you have any hobbies/interests outside of work?
A: Dancing, recycling, spending time and taking care of my pets.
