We know that there’s a major gender gap when it comes to women in tech. Although women make up the majority of the workplace and the social media sphere, women only represent a small percentage of the technology world.

Did you know that only 25% of IT jobs are held by women? However, women in IT is on the rise with 41% of Harvard sophomores declaring degrees in computer sciences are women and 18%-20% of all engineering students are women. IPitimi is proud to be ahead of this curve with a team comprised of over 62% women. Many new programs have been created to guide young girls into education and career paths in the tech industry.
